Sarah Westcott, CPDT-KA specializes in reward based training for you and your dog.
As a full service dog trainer, Sarah recognizes the often subtle aspects of developing “good” dog behavior. Sarah uses humane, fun and scientifically proven methods that will make learning a positive experience for both of you. Her techniques are aimed at improving dog-human communication skills that will strengthen the bond between you and your best friend. |

Classes include:
PUPPY’S FIRST CLASS
(6-week class meets once a week) 7:00 P.M.
Those typical "naughty puppy" behaviors don't go away on their own. Puppy's First Class will teach you how your puppy learns and how to communicate clearly so that you can curb those behaviors now.
Topics include:
- House/Pad training
- Getting comfy in a crate
- Nipping, mouthing & biting
- Jumping
- Attention to name
- Sit
BASIC OBEDIENCE
(6-week class meets once a week) 8:15 P.M.
Did you know that a well mannered and obedient dog is happier and more relaxed?
In Basic Obedience, you'll learn how to communicate with your dog in order to teach him/her any behavior you want.
Behaviors covered include:
- Sit
- Down
- Come
- Leash walking
- Stay
- Leave it
The fee for each class is $350.

Sarah Westcott is a member
of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers
and has studied dog behavior and training extensively. Her own dog,
a Labrador Retriever named Charleston, is a rescue from the Humane Society
of New York and has been featured
in catalogues and television shows.
He & Sarah are a Certified Therapy Dog Team with The Good Dog Foundation.
